With more than a decade of experience in senior Talent Acquisition and Human Resources leadership, La Wanda is distinguished for stabilizing complex recruiting operations, scaling talent programs, and optimizing workforce pipelines across dynamic industries. She has led enterprise-wide initiatives including RPO-to-in-house transitions, workforce planning frameworks, early talent and apprenticeship pipelines, and recruiter enablement strategies, delivering significant gains in efficiency, performance, and organizational effectiveness.

Currently completing her master’s in organizational leadership (graduating in 2026), La Wanda integrates emerging research on leadership and organizational behavior into her client partnerships, offering evidence-based insights that strengthen executive decision-making and team alignment.

Kim is an experienced People Practitioner with deep expertise across Corporate, Operations, and Go-To-Market functions. She partners with leaders and executives to address complex people and business challenges, translating talent strategy into actionable results that drive performance and profitability.

Ron Wilson

Ron Wilson transforms complex people and organizational challenges into pathways for equity, trust, and accountability. As Senior Consultant, Organizational Equity & Mediation at The Human Fluency, he partners with leaders to strengthen culture, navigate conflict, and build workplaces where inclusion, accountability, and human dignity are fully aligned.


With leadership experience spanning corporate, higher education, government, and judicial environments, Ron brings a rare depth of expertise in organizational equity, employee relations, mediation, and restorative justice. He has served in senior roles, including President of Porreco College, Vice President of Institutional Equity at the University of Arizona, Chief Diversity Officer at Edinboro University, and Crime Prevention Expert for the Pima County Prosecutor’s Office. Across these settings, he has helped leaders address complex workplace and community challenges with clarity, compassion, and strategic focus.


Ron also serves as a Tribal Court Judge, Elder, and mediator for two Indigenous nations, bringing a perspective shaped by both institutional leadership and community-based practice. His work reflects a deep understanding of how systems, policies, and human relationships intersect, and how organizations can move forward in ways that restore trust and strengthen accountability.
